How it works
A sticker on your counter. That's the whole setup.
Everything else happens on your phone, in the language you read.

We set it up with you
Someone from our team visits your shop, sets up your page, and hands you printed QR codes. Your ₹100 starter kit covers three stickers and a table tent. We help you decide where to put them — the bill and the table work best.
Takes about 20 minutes. You need nothing but your phone.

Your customer scans and answers
No app, no login, no form to fill. They tap how it went, pick what stood out, and add a line if they want. Thirty seconds, on any phone. They can write in Gujarati, Hindi or English.
They can also leave a Google review — we ask everyone equally.

You hear immediately when something's wrong
If a customer rates you poorly, your phone buzzes within a minute — with what they said, when, and which QR code they used. If they left a number, you can call them before they've reached home.
This is the part merchants tell us they'd pay for on its own.

Every week, what's working and what isn't
Drishti reads every response and every Google review, and tells you plainly: your food is praised, your waiting time is getting worse, and it's mostly Friday to Sunday between 7 and 9.
Every number links to the actual reviews behind it.
What we won't do
We will not hide your bad reviews.
Some tools promise to route only happy customers to Google. It is called review gating, it breaks Google's rules, and it gets business profiles suspended. We have seen it happen to shops that trusted the wrong vendor.
Drishti asks every customer the same way, whatever they thought. If someone wants to leave a two-star review on Google, we do not stand in their way.
What we do instead is make sure you know within a minute — so you can put it right before they ever write anything.
